These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any services, content, forms, and features made available through it. Eligibility

Contributions

Contributions to Senate Patriot PAC are processed through WinRed, a third-party donation platform. When you make a contribution, you will be directed to our secure WinRed donation page at secure.winred.com/senate-patriot-pac. Your use of WinRed is subject to WinRed's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

By making a contribution, you confirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

• This contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution;
• You are making this contribution with your own personal credit card or debit card and not with a corporate or business card or a card issued to another person;
• You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder);
• You are not a federal government contractor;
• You are at least 18 years of age.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election. Contributions to Senate Patriot PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are considered final unless the contribution is not in compliance with applicable law.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including WinRed, that are not owned or controlled by Senate Patriot PAC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Governing Law
